Fallen Angel
Planning our destination wedding is making me long for the tropics. So, this month’s Thirsty Thursday is margarita-inspired. It’s adapted from of the book my future in-laws gave me for Christmas, Highballs High Heels: A Girl’s Guide to the Art of Cocktails.
Ingredients
3 ounces clear, 100% agave tequila
1 oz. Agave nectar
1 1/2 ounces lime juice
2 ounces Combier (or orange liquor)
1 ounce cranberry juice
1/2 ounce of Frangelico
Combine in a shaker with ice and pour into chilled glass rimmed with half salt, half sugar mixture.
