Oh, LUSH Ocean Salt, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways!!
LUSH Ocean Salt (see the salt layer on top?)
1) It’s interactive. The components (sea salt, coconut, grapefruit & lime) come in layers with the salt on top so you have to stir it up before use. Blending the ingredients also changes the color, which, let’s face it, is just plain cool.
2) It smells like a margarita. Ok, so it’s vodka-based, not tequila-based, but that’s what it smells like. Trust me.
c) It feels fantastic! Remember when Kramer came up with the idea for a cologne that makes you smell like the beach? Well, that’s how your skin will feel after using this scrub. I even caught my fiance, who isn’t into any of that “girlie goop,” stepping out of the shower rubbing his cheek. “wow, my skin feels really nice,” he said. Duh, honey.
4) It’s natural, which we all know SPF supports wholeheartedly. This also means it’s gentle enough for daily use, even on my sensitive skin.
I like to follow-up my scrub with a nice spritz of toner and, of course, moisturizer. You’re going to be hooked once you try it. I swear.
