When garlic/onion is done, deglaze the pan with vinegar, add brown sugar & dissolve. Add thyme and black pepper and let simmer on low heat until reduced. Drizzle over veggies. (Also good on fish and chicken.) Continue reading

We often throw this recipe in when we are grilling something else and use the zucchini to substitute some of the carbs we might have had otherwise. In this case, it was the beautiful, pink new potatoes. Continue reading

Chop scallion & garlic. Combine with honey, mustard, vinegar, red pepper and whisk together. Add about a teaspoon of water and whisk again. Add olive oil until consistency of salad dressing. Pour over greens. Keep for 2 weeks in fridge, if it lasts that long. Mine never does. Continue reading
