This is one of those rare times I’ve found a product that lived up to my expectations, not that my expectations of shower gel are all that great. But, Avalon Organics bath & shower gel really goes a long way. I find the lemony scent very invigorating, perfect for the morning shower. Yesterday, I came home from the Italian market and realized I was out of pesto, which I planned to use on last night’s panini. I was also out of pine nuts, but still had about 2 cups of pepitas in the freezer. So I grabbed the parsley, lemon, cheese and oil I had just picked up and tossed them into the food processor.
